Founded in Oranmore, Co. Galway, in 1999 by Aisling Keenan, B. Comm. Hons., and NUI Galway, Moot Court competition winner 2015/2016, A.K. Property Services started out managing a number of apartment blocks in Galway and has since grown to become one of Ireland's top firms of Managing Agents, with a variety of developments in several locations throughout the country.
We are licenced and regulated by The Property Services Regulatory Authority and we adhere to all of the best industry practices and codes of conduct. Our goal is to provide a quality service to property owners in the maintenance and general up-keep of all common areas of their development. This includes working on capital investment projects which can include remedial and refurbishment works. |
As a specialist firm of Managing Agents, we have the experience, qualifications and expertise to competently and professionally represent the property owner in taking care of all aspects of management in the development. A.K. Property Services Limited have been appointed to manage developments by both Property Developers and Property Owners. Our office support staff are based at our offices in Oranmore Business Park, Oranmore, Co. Galway, while our service contractors are employed locally at each location throughout the country. Our services are delivered using a sophisticated business model incorporating a customised Property Management System called blockman™.

On Saturday 6th February 2016 The Law School at NUI Galway held their annual Moot Court Competition at Galway Courthouse. Five teams of two were presenting at the preliminary stage with just two teams going through to the final round which was presided over by High Court Justice Carmel Stewart.
A criminal case set in The Court of Appeal, the competitors were charged with advocating for both sides, the Appellant and the Respondent and also rebutting the opposing counsel. Aisling Keenan is pictured here with High Court Justice Carmel Stewart being presented with the winners medal. |
