Apartment Block Management
Apartment Block Management is a service provided by a qualified and licenced Property Managing Agent to a group of apartment owners who share facilities and amenities which are normally referred to as ‘the common areas’. This management service includes the physical management such as cleaning and grounds maintenance of common areas, the legal management such as compliance with all laws in relation to property and the financial management such as the collection and expenditure of the annual service charge. A specific skillset is required in order to deliver this service competently and strategically to ensure the long term investment of each apartment owner is protected. Apartment block management is regulated by The Property Services Regulatory Authority and the service cannot lawfully be provided by any individual or company who does not possess the qualifications or licence as set out by the Regulator.
